  Came in here for grooming I was not satisfied. My dog had up to date vaccinations. I did a call in appointment. When I came in they didn't even have my appointment down. They did not want to take my dog.

  I've been coming to this PetSmart for grooming for 9 years and usually no problems. I picked up my dog last night, put him the back seat of my vehicle. I looked back and my back seat was covered with blood. They had clipped his paw pad and he was bleeding. It is obvious to see if you look down at his paws. He is a diabetic so I was very concerned about him bleeding. When I cleaned it up, you can tell that he was irritated by it. Very disappointed in the lack of attention and care that was administered by the groomer.
